State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 30 June 2014. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the State Buildings Protective Security Regulation 2008. 4 Amendment of s 3 (Declaration of the Queensland Cultural Centre as state buildings—Act, s 4(4)) (1) Section 3(1), after ‘schedule 1’— insert — , part 1 (2) Section 3(2), ‘2014’— omit, insert — 2017 5 Insertion of new s 3A After section 3— insert — 3A Declaration of Legal Aid Queensland offices as state buildings—Act, s 4(4) (1) For section 4(4) of the Act, the following are state buildings— (a) the buildings and their precincts located on the land described in schedule 1, part 2, item 1; Page 2 2014 SL No. 110

(2) This section expires on 30 June 2017. 6 Amendment of sch 1 (Land on which state buildings are located) (1) Schedule 1, heading, ‘section 3’— omit, insert — sections 3 and 3A (2) Schedule 1, before item 1— insert — Part 1 Queensland Cultural Centre (3) Schedule 1, after item 15— insert — Part 2 Legal Aid Queensland buildings 1 Lots 5 and 6 on Crown Plan B361 situated in the County of Stanley, Parish of North Brisbane 2 Lot 8 on B118228 situated in the County of Stanley, Parish of North Brisbane 2014 SL No. 110 Page 3
