State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the State Buildings Protective Security Regulation 2008. 3 Insertion of new s 3B After section 3A— insert — ‘3B Declaration of Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre as a state building—Act, s 4(4) ‘(1) This section applies for the period from 23 May 2011 to the end of 27 May 2011. ‘(2) For section 4(4) of the Act, the buildings and their precincts located on the following lots are state buildings— (a) lot 3 on SP140252 situated in the County of Carlisle, Parish of Howard; (b) lot 4 on SP232808 situated in the County of Carlisle, Parish of Howard; (c) lot 5 on CP800783 situated in the County of Carlisle, Parish of Howard. ‘(3) This section expires on 28 May 2011.’.
