State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateBuildingsProtectiveSecurity Regulation 1998. 3 Replacement of s 11A (Declaration of state building—Act, s 4(4)) Section 11A— omit, insert— ‘11A Declaration of state building—Act, s 4(4) ‘(1) For section 4(4) of the Act, the buildings and their precincts located on the land described in the schedule are state buildings. ‘(2) This section expires on 30 June 2011.’. 4 Insertion of new schedule After section 12— insert— ‘Schedule Land on which state buildings are located section 11A 1 Lot 388 on SP120369 situated in the County of Stanley, Parish of South Brisbane 2 Lot 1 on RP41650 situated in the County of Stanley, Parish of South Brisbane Page 2 2008 SL No. 174
