s1 2 s3 State Buildings Protective Security Amendment No. 165, 2003 Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateBuildingsProtectiveSecurityRegulation 1998. 3 Insertion of new s 11A After section 11— insert— ‘11A Declaration of state building—Act, s 4(4) ‘ (1) For section 4(4) of the Act, the buildings and their precincts located on the land described as lot 388 on SP 120369 situated in the County of Stanley, Parish of South Brisbane are state buildings. ‘ (2) This section expires on 31 December 2005.’.
