This regulation may be cited as the State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the StateBuildingsProtectiveSecurityRegulation 1998 . ˙ Insertion of new s 11A 3. After section 11— insert— ˙ ‘ Declaration of state building—Act, s 4(4) ‘ 11A.(1) For section 4(4) of the Act, the buildings and their precincts located on the land described as lot 388 on SP 120369 situated in the County of Stanley, Parish of South Brisbane are state buildings. ‘ (2) This section expires on 30 June 2002.’.
