1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation 2021.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the State Buildings Protective Security Regulation 2008.

3   Amendment of s 12A (Expiry of particular provisions)

Section 12A, ‘31 August 2021’—
omit, insert—

31 August 2022

4   Amendment of sch 1 (Land on which state buildings are located)

omit.

(2)Schedule 1, part 1, items 2 to 5—
renumber as schedule 1, part 1, items 1 to 4.
