1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation 2018.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 31 August 2018.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the State Buildings Protective Security Regulation 2008.

4   Amendment of s 3 (Declaration of the Queensland Cultural Centre as state buildings—Act, s 4 (4))
