1. These regulations may be cited as the State Bank Regulations, 1984.

2. In these regulations unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the State Bank of South Australia Act, 1983.

3. Pursuant to section 26 of the Act—

(a)	the prescribed maximum for the purposes of subsection (1) is $10 000;
(b)	the prescribed maximum for the purposes of subsection (2)(b) is $10 000;
and
(c)	the prescribed maximum for the purposes of subsection (3) is $10 000.
