MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 to provide for former employees of Waste Recycling and Processing Corporation who became employees of SITA (No. 1) Pty Ltd on 31 January 2011 to be contributors to the State Authorities Superannuation Fund.
This Order is made under section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987.

1 Name of Order
This Order is the State Authorities Superannuation Amendment (Waste
Recycling and Processing Corporation) Order 2011.
2 Commencement
(1) This Order is taken to have commenced on 31 January 2011, except as otherwise provided by this clause, and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website. (2) Clause 3 (2) commences on 3 March 2011. 3 Amendment of State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 No 211
(1) Schedule 1 Employers Insert at the end of Part 1:
SITA (No. 1) Pty Ltd (limited to persons who, immediately before 31 January 2011, were employees of Waste Recycling and Processing Corporation)
(2) Schedule 1, Part 1 Omit the matter relating to Waste Recycling and Processing
Corporation.
