JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 to provide for former employees of New South Wales Lotteries Corporation who became employees of Tatts Employment Co (NSW) Pty Ltd on 31 March 2010 to continue to be contributors to the State Authorities Superannuation Fund.
This Order is made under section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987.

1 Name of Order
This Order is the State Authorities Superannuation Amendment (Tatts
Employment Co (NSW) Pty Ltd) Order 2010.
2 Commencement
(1) This Order is taken to have commenced on 31 March 2010, except as otherwise provided by this clause, and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website. (2) Clause 3 (2) commences on 29 April 2010. 3 Amendment of State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 No 211
(1) Schedule 1 Employers Insert at the end of Part 1:
Tatts Employment Co (NSW) Pty Ltd (limited to persons who, immediately before 31 March 2010, were employees of New South Wales Lotteries Corporation)
(2) Schedule 1 Omit “New South Wales Lotteries Corporation” from Part 1.
