I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include Sydney Motorway Corporation Pty Limited (ACN 601 507 591) and its subsidiaries in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987. This will enable employees of those corporations to continue to contribute to the State Authorities Superannuation Fund if they were contributors to that Fund immediately before becoming employees of those corporations. This Order is taken to have commenced on 28 August 2014, the date on which Sydney Motorway Corporation Pty Limited was registered by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission as a proprietary company limited by shares.
This Order is made under section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987.
