Amendment (RSL LifeCare) Order 2012

State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987
MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include RSL LifeCare Limited in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987. That body will be an employer under the State Authorities Superannuation Scheme only in relation to contributors under that Scheme who, immediately before 23 January 2012, were employed under Part 1 of Chapter 9 of the Health Services Act 1997 and assigned to work at the Governor Phillip Nursing Home, Penrith, or the Queen Victoria Memorial Home, Picton.
This Order is made under section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987.

Insert at the end of Part 1 of Schedule 1:
RSL LifeCare Limited (limited to those persons who, immediately before 23 January 2012, were employed under Part 1 of Chapter 9 of the Health Services Act 1997 and assigned to work at the Governor Phillip Nursing Home, Penrith, or the Queen Victoria Memorial Home, Picton)
