I, Professor The Honourable Dame Marie Bashir AD CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include LT Joint Venture Pty Limited in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987. As a result, those persons who were employees of Roads and Maritime Services immediately before 1 October 2014 and on that date transfer their employment to LT Joint Venture Pty Limited will continue to be contributors for the purposes of that Act.
This Order is made under section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987.

Insert at the end of Part 1:
