I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 of the State Authorities

Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to include Hume Community Housing Association Company Limited in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987. This will mean that persons:

(a)	who, immediately before 2 September 2019, were employees of the Department of Family and Community Services and contributors to the State Authorities Superannuation Fund, and
(b)	whose employment is transferred on 2 September 2019 pursuant to offers of employment made under a transitional agreement dated 31 October 2017 between the Secretary of the Department of Family and Community Services (on behalf of the State) and Hume Community Housing Association Company Limited,

will continue to be contributors to that Fund for the purposes of the Act.

This Order is made under section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987.

This Order commences on 2 September 2019 and is required to be published on the
