MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include DownerMouchel Services Pty Ltd and Leighton Boral Amey NSW Pty Limited in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 (the Act). As a result, those persons who were employees of Roads and Maritime Services immediately before 31 March 2014 and on that date transferred their employment to DownerMouchel Services Pty Ltd or Leighton Boral Amey NSW Pty Limited will continue to be employees for the purposes of the Act.
This Order is made under section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the State Authorities Superannuation Amendment (DownerMouchel and Leighton) Order 2014.

2      Commencement

This Order is taken to have commenced on 31 March 2014 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Employers

Insert at the end of Part 1 of the Schedule:

DownerMouchel Services Pty Ltd (limited to those persons who, immediately before 31 March 2014, were employees of Roads and Maritime Services and on that date transferred their employment to DownerMouchel Services Pty Ltd)

Leighton Boral Amey NSW Pty Limited (limited to those persons who, immediately before 31 March 2014, were employees of Roads and Maritime Services and on that date transferred their employment to Leighton Boral Amey NSW Pty Limited)
