GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The Energy Services Corporations (Eraring Energy) Regulation 2000 constitutes an electricity generator called Eraring Energy as an energy services corporation under the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995.
The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 so as to include Eraring Energy in the list of employers whose employees are subject to the State Authorities Superannuation Scheme established under that Act.

1 Name of Order
This Order is the State Authorities Superannuation (Eraring
Energy) Order (No 2) 2000.
2 Commencement
This Order is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2000, the date of commencement of the Energy Services Corporations (Eraring Energy) Regulation 2000.
3 Amendment of State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 No 211
The State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 is amended by inserting “Eraring Energy” at the end of Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Employers).
4 Revocation
The State Authorities Superannuation (Eraring Energy) Order 2000 published in Gazette No 81 of 30.6.2000, p 5804 is revoked.

The explanatory note to this Order does not form part of this Order.
