REGULATION

(Relating to the formula for calculating the

periodic adjustment of certain pensions)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation is to be taken to have commenced on 21

September 1989.

Amendment

2. The State Authorities Superannuation (Transitional Provisions) Regulation 1988 is amended by omitting the formula in clause 49 (1) (b) and by inserting instead the following formula:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Slate Authorities Superannuation

(Transitional Provisions) Regulation 19S8 to rectify an error in the formula for
calculating the percentage to be used for thc periodic adjustment of certain pensions.
