STATE AUTHORITIES SUPERANNUATION ACT 1987—

ORDER

(Relating to names of employers)

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 (1) (b) of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act, on and from 30 August 1996, by omitting from Part 1 of that Schedule the name “First State Power” and by inserting instead the name “Delta Electricity”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to update the name of an electricity generator. The Order is

made under section 46 of the Act.
