STATE AUTHORITIES SUPERANNUATION ACT 1989—ORDER

(Relating to names of employers)

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 (1) (b) of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act:

(a) Far West Energy
MetNorth Energy
MetSouth Energy

by omitting from Part 1 of that Schedule the following names: NorthPower Energy

(b) Advance Energy
Australian Inland Energy
EnergyAustralia

by inserting at the end of Part 1 of that Schedule the following names: NorthPower

State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987—Order

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to update the names of certain energy distributors in the list

of employers contained in Schedule 1 to the Act. The names inserted are:

Advance Energy (formerly MidState Energy)
Australian Inland Energy (formerly Far West Energy)
EnergyAustralia (formerly MetNorth Energy)
Integral Energy Australia (formerly MetSouth Energy)

NorthPower (formerly NorthPower Energy)

The Order is made under section 46 of the Act.
