ORDER

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Employers), to take effect on and from the date of publication in the Gazette, by inserting after the reference to the Trustees of Grabine State Recreation Area in Part 1 of that Schedule, the following name:
Trustees of Killalea State Recreation Area

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Under the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 employers within the meaning of the Act are required to make superannuation contributions to the State Authorities Superannuation Fund in respect of certain of their employees. Schedule 1 to the Act lists organisations and bodies that are employers for the purposes of the Act. Section 46 of the Act authorises the Governor-in-Council, by Order, to amend the Schedule in certain cases. The purpose of this Order is to include in the Schedule as an employer the Trustees of Killalea State Recreation Area.
