I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities

Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include TJS Services Group Pty Limited in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987. As a result, those persons:

(a)	who, immediately before 1 August 2016, were employees for the purposes of that Act and employed
in the Construction Services Group business unit in the NSW Public Works Division of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, and
(b)	who were made and accepted an offer of employment under the agreement between TJS Services

Group Pty Limited and the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation dated 1 July 2016 and known as the Asset Sale Agreement,

will continue to be covered by the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Scheme.
This amendment is taken to have commenced on 1 August 2016.
This Order is made under section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Amendment
(TJS Services Group Pty Limited) Order 2016.

2      Commencement

This Order is taken to have commenced on 1 August 2016 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Employers

Insert at the end of Part 1:

TJS Services Group Pty Limited (limited to those persons:

(a)	who, immediately before 1 August 2016, were employees for the purposes of this Act and employed in the Construction Services Group business unit within the NSW Public Works Division of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, and
(b)	who were made and accepted an offer of employment under the agreement between TJS Services Group Pty Limited and the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation dated 1 July 2016 and known as the Asset Sale Agreement)
