MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order. Dated, this 22nd day of June 2005.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987 to provide for certain former employees of the Department of Commerce (in the business unit called the Government Printing Service) who became employees of Salmat Document Management Solutions Pty Limited on 16 April 2005 to continue to be employees for the purposes of that Act.
This Order is made under section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory
Superannuation Act 1987.

1 Name of Order
This Order is the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation
Amendment (Salmat Document Management Solutions) Order 2005.
2 Commencement
This Order is taken to have commenced on 16 April 2005.
3 Amendment of State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987
The State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987 is amended by inserting at the end of Part 1 of Schedule 1:
Salmat Document Management Solutions Pty Limited—
limited to those persons who:
(a)
immediately before 16 April 2005, were employed in the Government Printing Service business unit of the Department of Commerce and were employees for the purposes of this Act, and
(b)
on that date, became employees of Salmat Document Management Solutions Pty Limited and did not cease to be employees for the purposes of this Act
