the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities

Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to update the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987 to include the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator, established under the Rail Safety National Law (NSW). As a result, certain employees, who were employed
by the Independent Transport Safety Regulator, whose employment is transferred to the Office of the
National Rail Safety Regulator will continue to be covered by the State Authorities Non-contributory
Superannuation Scheme.
This Order is made under section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987.

2      Commencement

This Order is taken to have commenced on 20 February 2017 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
