I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
Government Employees Health Fund Limited (referred to in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987 as Government Employees Health Club) changed its name on 6 March 2000 to Australian Health Management Group Limited and further changed its name on 15 January 2009 to Australian Health Management Group Pty Limited.
The object of this Order is to update the current employer name to Australian Health Management Group Pty Limited in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987.
This Order is made under section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987.
