I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include AGL Energy Limited in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987. This will mean that employees of AGL Energy Limited who were employees of AGL Macquarie Pty Limited (for the purpose of that Act) immediately before commencing employment with AGL Energy Limited will continue to be employees for the purposes of that Act.
This Order is made under section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987.

This Order is the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Amendment
(AGL Energy Limited) Order 2015.

2      Commencement

This Order is taken to have commenced on 1 February 2015 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987 No 212

Schedule 1 Employers

Insert at the end of Part 1:

AGL Energy Limited, limited to those employees who, immediately before commencing employment with AGL Energy Limited, were:

(a) employees of AGL Macquarie Pty Limited, and
(b) employees for the purposes of this Act.
