I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987 so as to include Parramatta Rail Link Company Pty Limited in the list of employers whose employees are subject to the superannuation scheme established under that Act.

This Order is made under section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987. Section 27 (2) (a) allows the Order to be made with effect on and from a day that is earlier than the day the Order is published in the Gazette.

4 Amendment of State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation

Act 1987 No 212

The State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987 is amended by inserting “Parramatta Rail Link Company Pty Limited” at the end of Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Employers).
