I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Employers), with effect on and from 22 June 1995, by omitting from Part 1 of that Schedule the name “New South Wales Society for Children and Young Adults with Physical Disabilities” and by inserting instead the name "The Northcott Society”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to reflect the change of name of the New South Wales Society for Children and Young Adults with Physical Disabilities to The Northcott Society, such change being effected on 22 June 1995.

This Order is made under section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987. Section 27 (1) of the Act authorises the Governor-in-Council, by Order, to amend Schedule 1 (Employers) to the Act. Section 27 (2) of the Act authorises an Order to be made so that it has effect on and from a date that is earlier than the date of its publication.
