I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, do, by this my Order, amend Part 1 of Schedule 1 to that Act (Employers), to take effect on and from 14 May 1990, by omitting the reference to the State Bank of New South Wales Limited and the limitation relating to that reference.

Signed at Sydney, this 9th day of March 1994.
