I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Employers), to take effect on and from 1 January 1991, by inserting at the end of Part 1 of that Schedule the following name:

Australian Securities Commission (limited to employees who were employed in the Government Department known as Business and Consumer Affairs immediately before 1 January 1991)
