SUPERANNUATION ACT 1987 - ORDER

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Act 1987, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Employers), to take effect on and from 31 October 1990, by inserting at the end of Part 1 of that Schedule the following name:

The Trustees of the Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of

Lismore (limited to persons:

(a)	who were employees of St. Vincent’s Hospital, Lismore, and contributors to the State Authorities Superannuation Scheme immediately before 31 October 1990; and
(b)	who continue after that date to be employees of the Hospital and contributors to that Scheme)
