Regulations (No. 5) 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the State Administrative Tribunal
Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2013.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal
Regulations 2004.

4.            Schedule 6 amended

(1) In Schedule 6 in the item relating to the Dog Act 1976:

(a) delete "33F(6)(a) or (b) or (8)," and insert:

33F(6)(a) or (b),

(b) delete "36(3)".

(2) In Schedule 6 after the item relating to the Dog Act 1976 insert:
