(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 October 2021.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the State Administrative Tribunal

Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2021.

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal

Regulations 2004.

4.              Schedule 6 amended

In Schedule 6 delete the item relating to the Fair Trading

(Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations 2021 and insert:
