State Administrative Tribunal Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 2019

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the State Administrative Tribunal
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2019.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Strata Titles Amendment Act 2018 section 4 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal
Regulations 2004.

4.             Regulation 11A amended

In regulation 11A delete “an enactment” and insert:

5.             Regulation 11B amended

In regulation 11B(a) delete “an enactment” and insert:

6.             Schedule 3 heading amended

In the heading to Schedule 3 delete “proceedings

commenced” and insert:

7.             Schedule 3 amended

In Schedule 3 insert in alphabetical order:

Strata Titles Act 1985 s. 166(1A)(a), (b), (c) or (d), 167,
168(1A)(a), (b), (c) or (d), 183(1) or 192(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) or
(e) or (5)

8.             Schedule 4 heading amended

In the heading to Schedule 4 delete “proceedings

commenced” and insert:

9.             Schedule 4 amended

In Schedule 4 delete the item relating to the Strata Titles Act 1985
and insert:

10.           Schedule 6 heading amended

In the heading to Schedule 6 delete “proceedings

commenced” and insert:

11.           Schedule 6 amended

In Schedule 6 delete the item relating to the Strata Titles Act 1985
and insert:

12.           Schedule 7 heading replaced

Delete the heading to Schedule 7 and insert:
