Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

5180 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 29 December 2015

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal
Regulations 2004.

4.            Regulation 7 amended

Delete regulation 7(c) and insert:

(c) Mental Health Act 2014;

5.            Schedule 7 amended

In Schedule 7 delete "Mental Health Act 1996 s. 148A(1) or (2),
148E or 151" and insert:

Mental Health Act 2014 s. 494, 495 or 505
