State Administrative Tribunal Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 2011

Regulations 2004.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the State Administrative Tribunal
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal

4.            Regulation 8 amended

In regulation 8(1)(b) delete "as defined in the Consumer Affairs
Act 1971 section 4(1);" and insert:

designated under the Fair Trading Act 2010 section 55;

5.            Schedule 7 amended

In Schedule 7 delete "Fair Trading Act 1987 s. 44(b) and 46(2).
46(3) or (8) or 47(1)" and insert:

Fair Trading Act 2010 s.47(1) and (2), or 48(1) and (2)
