State Administrative Tribunal Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2019

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

Regulations 2004.

These regulations are the State Administrative Tribunal

Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2019.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal

4.            Schedule 6 amended

In Schedule 6 after the item relating to the Pawnbrokers and

Second-hand Dealers Act 1994 insert:

Public Health Act 2016 s. 109(1) or (2), 127(1), 141C(3), 163(2),

194(2), 207 or 265
