Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the State Administrative Tribunal
Amendment Regulations (No. 2)2021.

2.            Commencement

These regulations cone into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004.
4.	Regulation 3 amended In regulation in the definition of eligible entityfee delete "an".

5.            Schedule 3 amended

Community Titles Act 2018 s. 34(1)(a)or(b) or (6)

In Schedule 3 insert in alphabetical order:

Community Titles Act 2018 s. 150(1) or 152(1)

6.            Schedule 4 amended

In Schedule 4 insert in alphabetical order:
