Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

44 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 14 January 2014

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal
Regulations 2004.

4.            Regulation 11B amended

In regulation 11B in the Table:

(a) delete "315.00" (each occurrence) and insert:

358.00

(b) delete "109.50" and insert:

124.00

(c) delete "165.50" and insert:

188.00
