State Administrative Tribunal Amendment

Regulations 2022

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the State Administrative Tribunal
Amendment Regulations 2022.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 April 2022.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal
Regulations 2004.

4.             Schedule 6 amended

In Schedule 6 delete the item relating to the Fair Trading

(Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations (No. 2) 2021

and insert:

Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Code) Regulations 2022 Sch. 1 cl. 22(3)
