Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the State Administrative Tribunal

Regulations 2004.

Amendment Regulations 2021.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations — on 1 April 2021.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal

4.            Schedule 6 amended

In Schedule 6 delete the item relating to the Fair Trading

(Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations (No. 2) 2020

and insert:

Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations 2021
