State Administrative Tribunal Amendment

Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

26 June 2018 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2383

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal
Regulations 2004.

4.      Schedule 6 amended

In Schedule 6 delete the item relating to the Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Code) Regulations 2015 and insert:

Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations 2018
Schedule 1 clause 22(3)
