State Administrative Tribunal Amendment

Regulations 2008

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2008.

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the State Administrative Tribunal
Amendment Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Slate
Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004.

4.            Regulation 9 amended

(1) The Table to regulation 9(1) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "900.00" in both places where it occurs and inserting instead -
" 931.00 ";
(b)	by deleting "167.50" and inserting instead -
" 173.00 ":
(c)	by deleting "250.00" and inserting instead -
" 259.00 ".

(2) The Table to regulation 9(2) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "330.00" and inserting instead -
" 341.00 ";
(b)	by deleting "600.00" and inserting instead -
" 620.00 ";
(c)	by deleting "300.00" and inserting instead -
" 310.00 ";
(d)	by deleting "390.00" and inserting instead -

(3) The Table to regulation 9(3) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "270.00" in both places where it occurs and

(c)	by deleting "142.50" and inserting instead -
" 147.50 ".

(4) The Table to regulation 9(4) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "60.00" and inserting instead - " 62.00 ";
(b)	by deleting "120.00" and inserting instead - " 124.00 ";
(c)	by deleting "58.00" and inserting instead -

60.00 ";

5.            Regulation 10 amended

(1) The Table to regulation 10(2) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "330.00" and inserting instead - " 341.00 ";
(b)	by deleting "300.00" and inserting instead " 310.00 ";
(c)	by deleting "119.00" and inserting instead - " 123.00 ".

(2) The Table to regulation 10(3) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "600.00" and inserting instead - " 620.00 ";
(b)	by deleting "390.00" and inserting instead - " 403.00 ";
(c)	by deleting "179.00" and inserting instead - " 185.00 ".

6.            Schedule 5 amended

(1) Schedule 5 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "Children and Community Services Act 2004 s. 224(2) or 225(1)";
(b)	by deleting "Chiropractors Act 1964 s. 20A(1)";
(c)	by deleting "Chiropractors Registration Board Rules 1966 r. 12(1)";

Schedule 6 is amended by inserting the following in the appropriate alphabetical position
