1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal against orders of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Whelan JA and Vickery AJA) dismissing her two applications for leave to appeal to that Court.

2. As the applicant does not have legal representation, the applications fall to be dealt with under r 41.10 of the High Court Rules 2004.

3. The applicant advances no arguable ground of appeal in either case and an appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospect of success.

4. Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing each application.
