t ively Be i t therefore enacted by the Queen ' s Most Exce l l en t Majes ty b y and wi th t h e advice and consent of t he Legislat ive Council and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by the au tho r i t y of t h e same as follows :—

maize whea t bar ley oats rye peas or beans sold delivered or agreed for if sold a t per bushe l shall be const rued to be a cont rac t for t he n u m b e r of pounds s tandard we igh t avoirdupois for each bushe l as annexed to t h e names of t h e several art icles respectively in t he Schedule
