An Act to amend the Standard Time Act 1987 in relation to the length of summer time periods. [Assented to 23 June 1995]

Clause 1 Standard Time Amendment Act 1995 No 31

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

1 Name of Act

This Act is the Standard Time Amendment Act 1995.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the date of assent.

3 Amendment of Standard Time Act 1987 No 149

The Standard Time Act 1987 is amended by omitting from the definition of summer time period in section 2 the words “ first Sunday” and by inserting instead the words “ last Sunday” .
