An Act to amend the Standard Time (Amendment) Act 1988 in relation to the length of summer time periods. [Assented to 28 February 1989]

Standard Time (Amendment) 1989

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts;

Short title

1.     This Act may be cited as the Standard Time (Amendment) Act 1989.

Commencement

2.     This Act commences on the date of assent.

Amendment of Standard Time (Amendment) Act 1988 (1989 No. 1)

3.     The Standard Time (Amendment) Act 1988 is amended by omitting

section 4 and by inserting instead the following section:

Application of amendment

4.          The amendment made by this Act does not apply to the summer

time period that commenced on 30 October 1988, but docs apply to

later summer time periods.
