This Act may be cited as the | Short |
2, This Act shall come into operation on a day to be appointedz;menoem@ntof
by the Governor, by Proclamation published in the Government
3. The mean time of the one hundred and thirty-fifth meridianThe time of the one
of longitude east of Greenwich shall be deemed, and is hereby fifth | |
declared to be, standard time t h r o u e u t South Australia. |
Council, rule, regulation, or bv-law, or deed, or in any instrument | |
whatsoever, and whenevcr t h e doing or not doing anything at a certain time of day or night, or. during a certain part of the day or the night, has an effect in law, such time shall, unless i t is otherwise specifically stated, be held to be standard time throughout South Australia, as declared by this Act. |
