Standard Survey Marks Amendment
Regulations 2006
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Standard Survey Marks Amendment
Regulations 2006.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Standard Survey
Marks Regulations*.[* Published in Gazette 1 Februaty 1935, p. 200-11
4. Regulation 1A inserted
Before regulation 1 the following regulation is inserted —
1A. Interpretation In these regulations —
"Authority" means the Western Australian LandAuthority established by the Land Information

5. Regulation 4 amended
Regulation 4 is amended by deleting "Departmental" and inserting instead —
" Authority's ".
6. Regulation 10 amended
Regulation 10 is amended by deleting "Surveyor General" in the first place where it occurs and inserting instead —
" Authority ".
7. Regulation 13 amended
Regulation 13 is amended by deleting "Under Secretary for
Public Works," and inserting instead44 the chief executive officer of the department
principally assisting in the administration of the Public
Works Act 1902,
8. Regulation 16 amended
Regulation 16 is amended by deleting "lodged in the
Department of Lands and Surveys, and on the certified copies
supplied to the Registrar of Titles, the Under Secretary for
Public Works," and inserting instead44 retained by the Authority and on the certified copies
supplied to the Registrar of Titles, the chief executive
officer of the department principally assisting in theadministration of the Public Works Act 1902,
