PART 2—AMENDMENT OF STANDARD SEWERAGE LAW 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Standard Sewerage Law. 3 Amendment of s 6 (Meaning of “applied provisions” and “glossary”) Section 6(1)(c)— insert— ‘(iii) the document published under the designation of amendment no. 2 to AS/NZS 3500.2.2: 1996.’. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF STANDARD WATER SUPPLY LAW 4 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Standard Water Supply Law. 5 Amendment of s 6 (Meaning of “applied provisions”, “glossary”, “part 1.2” and “part 4.2”) (1) Section 6(1)(c)—

(2) Section 6(1)(e)— omit, insert— ‘(e) National Plumbing and Drainage—Part 4.2: Hot water supply systems—Acceptable solutions, but only— (i) the document published under the designation of AS/NZS 3500.4.2: 1997; and (ii) the document published under the designation of amendment no. 1 to AS/NZS 3500.4.2: 1997.’.
