s1 2 s4 Standard Sewerage Amendment (No. 1) No. 71, 2000 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Standard Sewerage Amendment Law (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Standard Sewerage Law . ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Meaning of “applied provisions” and “glossary”) 3. Section 6(1)(c)— omit, insert— ‘(c) National Plumbing and Drainage—Part 2.2: Sanitary plumbing and drainage—Acceptable solutions, but only— (i) the document published under the designation of AS/NZS 3500.2.2: 1996; and (ii) the document published under the designation of amendment no. 1 to AS/NZS 3500.2.2: 1996.’. ˙ Amendment of s 43 (Interference with path of stormwater) 4.(1) Section 43(1)— omit, insert— ‘ 43.(1) A person must not restrict or redirect the flow of stormwater over land in a way that may cause the water to collect and become stagnant. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.’. (2) Section 43(2), ‘Subsection (1)(a)’— omit, insert— ‘Subsection (1)’.
